🎯 Position: Brand Marketing Intern

📍 Location: 100% Remote (Work from Anywhere)
 📅 Duration: 1–3 Months

🛠️ What You’ll Be Doing:

✨ Creating eye-catching content for social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, Reels, Stories)
 🎯 Assisting in Brand campaigns for exciting programs
 💡 Brainstorming creative strategies with a global team
 📊 Tracking Brand visibility and engagement
 🖌️ Designing Marketing materials (using Canva, etc.)
 🎥 Supporting video, reel, and content shoots (virtually or locally if possible)

Flights Cabin Crew are responsible for delivering top-tier in-flight service, ensuring the safety and comfort of all passengers, and representing the Flights brand with professionalism and care. You will work in a fast-paced, diverse, and customer-focused environment, traveling to domestic and international destinations.


Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the safety, security, and comfort of all passengers on board

  • Conduct pre-flight safety checks and briefings

  • Demonstrate and enforce safety procedures (including emergency equipment and exits)

  • Deliver high-quality customer service, including serving meals and beverages

  • Handle in-flight sales and transactions, where applicable

  • Respond to passenger needs, medical issues, or emergency situations

  • Maintain cabin cleanliness and readiness at all times

  • Work effectively as part of a diverse and dynamic team

  • Stay updated on airline policies, FAA regulations, and company training requirements


Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college education preferred

  • Minimum age: 21 years

  • Fluent in English (additional languages such as Spanish, French, German, Japanese, or Mandarin)

  • Must meet Flights’s height and reach requirements (to access safety equipment)

  • Valid U.S. Passport (or ability to obtain) with unrestricted international travel rights

  • No visible tattoos or piercings while in uniform

  • Ability to pass a 10-year background check and drug screening

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills

  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
