Cabin Crew Manager
The Cabin Crew Manager is responsible for a team of approximately 100 direct reports, including flight attendants and onboard leaders. You will also be business partnering with stakeholders on all business changes and initiatives. Qualifications and experience
Becoming a Flight Attendant is an enjoyable experience. You must be a people person with great enthusiasm and passion for flying as well the innate ability to smile and welcome your passengers on a daily basis. You will be trained to become the best you can be, however to apply you should already have some core skills.
Minimum 18 months customer facing experience
If you’re starting out as a Flight Attendant, you’ll need proven experience in a customer-facing role working in restaurants, hotels, hospitality, retail or other positions with a customer focus.

Pulling together as a team is vital for providing excellent customer service and on the rare occasion when there is an emergency working as a team will ensure the best outcome for the situation.
