Key Responsibilities:
Safety Procedures:
Conduct pre-flight safety checks to ensure all equipment is functional.
Deliver safety demonstrations and explain emergency procedures to passengers.
Handle in-flight emergencies and administer first aid as required.
Customer Service:
Welcome passengers on board and assist with seating and baggage storage.
Serve meals, beverages, and snacks, ensuring passenger satisfaction.
Address passenger concerns, special requests, and provide exceptional service.
Communication:
Work closely with the flight crew to ensure smooth operations.
Keep passengers informed about flight details, delays, and any relevant information.
Post-Flight Duties:
Complete flight reports and log any incidents.
Ensure the aircraft cabin is clean and secure upon arrival.
Qualifications:
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Skills:

Strong problem-solving abilities and a calm demeanor under pressure.
Experience:
Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is an asset.
Language:
Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy items, and perform physical tasks.
Certifications:
Valid passport and eligibility to work in the UAE.
Successful completion of Etihad Airways’ Flight Attendant training program.
