About the Role

Jet2 is seeking a proactive and commercially minded Product Executive to join the Jet2holidays Product Team. Reporting to the Product Manager, you will support the management of a designated geographical destination portfolio over a 12-month period. The role offers involvement across the complete product lifecycle, including planning, supplier management, product development, marketing support, and identifying future commercial opportunities.

This position is ideal for individuals with a passion for Travel, strong analytical skills, and the ability to build lasting supplier relationships while delivering exceptional holiday products for customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Product Manager in managing a designated destination portfolio.

  • Ensure each destination programme meets customer expectations and current market trends.

  • Maximize sales and revenue while minimizing customer complaints.

  • Analyse management information, booking trends, and sales performance.

  • Assist with strategic planning and destination development.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with hotels, destination partners, and suppliers.

  • Monitor destination performance and recommend changes based on market conditions.

  • Work closely with Commercial, Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Customer Service teams.

  • Identify opportunities to improve products and expand destination offerings.

  • Help deliver high-quality holiday experiences that strengthen the Jet2holidays brand.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum age: 18 years.

  • Previous experience in a Product Executive, Product Assistant, Travel Consultant, or similar role is preferred.

  • Good understanding of the Travel, tourism, or Aviation industry.

  • Strong analytical and commercial awareness.

  • Excellent communication and relationship-management skills.

  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail.

  • Creative, self-motivated, and customer-focused.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
