🌍 Position: Business Development Executive
📍 Location: Remote / Work From Home
🕒 Experience Required: 1–3 years (Only from Staffing or Recruitment Industry)
⚡ Joining: Immediate joiners preferred
🎯 What You'll Be Doing:
Proactively identify and generate new business opportunities within the staffing & recruitment domain
Pitch and close deals with corporate clients, startups, and recruitment partners
Foster strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals
Work closely with internal recruitment and operations Teams to deliver client-specific solutions
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets, while contributing to overall Team revenue growth
Stay updated with market trends, hiring patterns, and competitor activities

Someone with proven experience in business development/sales roles within the staffing/recruitment ecosystem
Excellent communicator with strong presentation and negotiation skills
Self-driven, enthusiastic, and adaptable to a remote working environment
A go-getter with an entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for building relationships and growing business
Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities in a dynamic work setup
