Home-based Work is better than office-based work

      Majorly, working from home even before the invasion and emergence of COVID-19 has been preferred by most people especially in a very busy and populated place. Unfortunately, most people don’t get such luxuries.

     However, because of the COVID-19 pandemic across the globe, most workers seek for ways to get their works done from home. This has therefore led to a  close survey about the advantages of working from home. 

      From the survey, it could be deduced that working from home is better than working from office. The reasons are not far-fetched, working from home increases the productivity level because there is little or no distractions especially if the work is an interesting one. 

      The stress associated with commuting to work each day is avoided automatically, such stress does have its toll on the worker and would decrease the rate at which the worker is creative/productive. Hence, creativity and productivity is always at its optimum level at one’s comfort zone which in most cases is the home because the environment, time and other factors will be advantageous to him/ her.

      Also, the amount of money spent on furnishing the office and making the office safe for work would be greatly reduced because most workers would be working from their home.

      Finally, it can be safe to say working from home has great benefits than working from the office.

     हालांकि, दुनिया भर में COVID-19 महामारी के कारण, अधिकांश श्रमिक घर से अपने काम करने के तरीकों की तलाश करते हैं। इस कारण घर से काम करने के फायदों के बारे में करीबी सर्वेक्षण हुआ है।

      सर्वेक्षण से, यह माना जा सकता है कि घर से काम करना कार्यालय से काम करने से बेहतर है। कारण दूर-दूर तक नहीं हैं, घर से काम करने से उत्पादकता का स्तर बढ़ता है क्योंकि विशेष रूप से अगर कोई काम दिलचस्प हो तो बहुत कम या कोई ध्यान भंग नहीं होता है।

      प्रत्येक दिन काम करने के लिए आने से जुड़े तनाव को स्वचालित रूप से टाला जाता है, इस तरह के तनाव का कार्यकर्ता पर असर पड़ता है और वह दर घट जाती है जिस पर कार्यकर्ता रचनात्मक / उत्पादक होता है। इसलिए, रचनात्मकता और उत्पादकता हमेशा एक के आराम क्षेत्र में अपने इष्टतम स्तर पर होती है जो ज्यादातर मामलों में घर होती है क्योंकि पर्यावरण, समय और अन्य कारक उसके / उसके लिए फायदेमंद होंगे।

      इसके अलावा, कार्यालय को प्रस्तुत करने और कार्यालय को काम के लिए सुरक्षित बनाने पर खर्च होने वाली धनराशि बहुत कम हो जाएगी क्योंकि अधिकांश श्रमिक अपने घर से काम कर रहे होंगे।

      अंत में, यह कहना सुरक्षित हो सकता है कि कार्यालय से काम करने की तुलना में घर से काम करने के बहुत फायदे हैं।

      De la encuesta, se puede deducir que trabajar desde casa es mejor que trabajar desde la oficina. Las razones no son descabelladas, trabajar desde casa aumenta el nivel de productividad porque hay poca o ninguna distracción, especialmente si el trabajo es interesante.

      El estrés asociado con los desplazamientos al trabajo todos los días se evita automáticamente, tal estrés tiene su efecto en el trabajador y disminuiría la tasa a la que el trabajador es creativo / productivo. Por lo tanto, la creatividad y la productividad están siempre en su nivel óptimo en la zona de confort, que en la mayoría de los casos es el hogar porque el ambiente, el tiempo y otros factores serán ventajosos para él / ella.

      Además, la cantidad de dinero gastada en amueblar la oficina y hacer que la oficina sea segura para el trabajo se reduciría en gran medida porque la mayoría de los trabajadores estarían trabajando desde su hogar.
