🌟 Key Responsibilities:
HR Internship:
Learn about HR practices, recruitment, onboarding, and employee management. Gain experience in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and performance evaluation.
Flying-Crews.com as an HR Manager and take a pivotal role in connecting Aviation Professionals with exciting career opportunities worldwide.
In this role, you will engage with six Airlines daily for 30-45 minutes each to source new openings from their career sections. You'll also visit the official websites of these Airlines to source additional opportunities. Your findings will be promptly published on our Aviation Job Board, complete with a shareable URL link and relevant hashtags for promotion on LinkedIn, Linketree, and Instagram. Additionally, you'll be responsible for tagging the respective Airlines.
As an HR Manager [Intern], it's essential to maintain a strong presence on all major Social Media platforms. Moreover, we are one of the largest providers of online aviation internships, and you'll be responsible for overseeing this aspect as well.
To be considered for this position, we ask that you create a compelling PowerPoint presentation on Airlines hiring and deliver it via Google Meet with our team. The work hours for this role are from 11 AM to 5 PM (Monday to Frirday) with a 1-2 hour lunch break. Digital Marketing Internship:
Assist in digital marketing campaigns, social media management, SEO, and content creation. Analyze data to optimize strategies.
BA Internship:
Participate in various business administration activities, including market research, strategy development, and project management.

Create, edit, and manage content for our website and social media platforms. Develop engaging and informative articles, blog posts, and more.
Virtual Assistant Internship:
Provide virtual administrative support to our team, including email management, scheduling, and data entry.
