Role Responsibilities:
Identify and onboard potential clients/partners for our training and internship programs.
Meet weekly and monthly business development targets.
Develop and maintain strategic relationships with institutions, students, and corporate clients.
Pitch our services through email campaigns, social media, and virtual meetings.
Generate leads and convert them into business deals.
Provide feedback for service improvement based on client interactions.
Key Requirements:
✅ Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
✅ Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
✅ Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
✅ Basic knowledge of LinkedIn, Instagram, and email marketing preferred.
✅ Prior experience in BD/sales is a plus (but not mandatory).
