Role Responsibilities:

• Identify and onboard potential clients/partners for our training and internship programs.
  
  

• Meet weekly and monthly business development targets.
  
  

• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with institutions, students, and corporate clients.
  
  

• Pitch our services through email campaigns, social media, and virtual meetings.
  
  

• Generate leads and convert them into business deals.
  
  

• Provide feedback for service improvement based on client interactions.

Key Requirements:
✅ Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
✅ Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
✅ Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
✅ Basic knowledge of LinkedIn, Instagram, and email marketing preferred.
✅ Prior experience in BD/sales is a plus (but not mandatory).
