POSITION SUMMARY
The Cabin Crew role is central to Emirates' commitment to delivering a superior travel experience. As a Cabin Crew member, you will serve as the face of the airline, ensuring passenger comfort, safety, and satisfaction throughout their journey. The role demands high standards of customer service, the ability to remain calm under pressure, cultural sensitivity, and strict adherence to safety protocols. Responsibilities
Passenger service and hospitality.
Warmly welcome guests and assist them with boarding, seats, and cabin luggage arrangements.
Provide attentive service during the trip, including food and beverage delivery, responding passenger queries, and meeting all requirements with professionalism and kindness.+Respond to special requests and accommodate passengers with specialized requirements, such as unaccompanied youngsters, the elderly, or those in need of medical attention.
Safety and emergency management.
Perform pre-flight safety inspections to verify compliance with all regulatory and airline safety requirements.
Conduct safety demonstrations and verify that passengers understand emergency procedures.
Follow established processes for dealing with situations such as medical problems, security concerns, and in-flight disruptions.
Teamwork and Communication
Work with other Cabin Crew members, flight deck crew, and ground staff to ensure operational efficiency and passenger pleasure.
Participate in pre-flight briefings, role assignments, and post-flight debriefings.
Maintain clear, courteous, and effective communication skills in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
Brand Representation
Serve as an ambassador for the Emirates brand, always exhibiting professionalism, elegance, and cultural sensitivity.
Maintain the airline's core principles of quality, innovation, and safety across all interactions.
Maintain the Emirates' grooming and uniform standards at all times.
Documentation and Reporting
Complete all flight-related paperwork, such as safety checklists, passenger reports, and incident reports, precisely and on time.
Report any safety concerns, anomalies, or customer service issues via the appropriate channels.
REQUIREMENTS
Education: Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent. Higher education in hospitality or communication is advantageous.
Age: Applicants must be at least 21 years of age at the time of joining.
Height: Minimum height requirement is 160 cm (female) and 165 cm (male), with the ability to reach overhead storage compartments.
Health & Fitness: Good physical condition and a healthy Body Mass Index (BMI) are required to meet the physical demands of the role.
Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (spoken and written). Proficiency in additional languages is an asset.
Experience: Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or aviation is preferred but not mandatory. Emirates welcomes enthusiastic and service-driven fresh graduates.
