 Key Responsibilities

1. Passenger Safety & Security

  • Conduct pre-flight safety checks and ensure emergency equipment is operational.

  • Deliver mandatory safety demonstrations and briefings.

  • Manage onboard emergencies, including medical incidents and evacuations.

  • Enforce aviation regulations and security protocols.

2. Customer Service Excellence

  • Greet passengers with warmth and professionalism

  • Assist with seating, luggage, and special passenger needs

  • Serve meals, snacks, and beverages during the flight

  • Proactively engage with passengers to enhance their travel experience

3. Cabin Management

  • Maintain a clean and organized cabin throughout the flight

  • Manage onboard stock, duty-free sales, and restocking

  • Complete post-flight documentation, reports, and inventories

 Qualifications & Requirements

Essential:

  • Minimum 18 years of age

  • New Zealand or Australian citizenship or permanent residency

  • Valid passport with no travel restrictions

  • Able to swim 50 meters unaided and tread water for at least 1 minute

  • Minimum of 18 months (Jet Fleet) or 2 years (Regional Fleet) in customer-facing roles

  • Strong verbal communication and problem-solving skills

  • Physically fit and able to work long hours on feet

  • Full NZ Driver’s Licence and reliable transportation

  • Willingness to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays

  • Committed to grooming and uniform standards (visible tattoos must be covered)

  • Reside within 90 minutes of assigned crew base
