Key Responsibilities
As an HR & Sales Manager, you will lead our efforts in the AU, CA, USA, UK, UAE, and NZ markets. Your daily tasks include:
Global Talent Sourcing: Identify and curate the latest job openings from six major international airlines daily.
Content Creation: Produce a 4–5 minute Video Job Description (JD) for every new opening to engage modern job seekers.
Social Media Management: Maintain a high-authority presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, and Linktree. You will publish listings with optimized hashtags and tag respective airlines to maximize reach.
Sales & Training Integration: * Engage with HR professionals to enroll them in our Pro HR Courses.
Consult with MBA students and job seekers for our Campus to Corp (C2C) training programs.
Internship Oversight: Manage and scale our online Aviation Internship programs—one of the largest in the industry.
Public Relations: Collaborate with LinkedIn creators and entrepreneurs to feature success stories on Portrait-Business-Woman.com and 10BestInCity.com.
Requirements & Qualifications
We are looking for a self-driven leader who thrives in a remote environment.
Education:
Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/PGDM preferred).
Experience:
Proven background in HR or recruitment, ideally within the Aviation sector.
Market Knowledge:
Deep understanding of Aviation job markets in our six target regions (AU, CA, USA, UK, UAE, NZ).
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in AI-driven job posting platforms, ATS, and basic video editing for social media.
Communication:
Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to present complex data clearly.
