Job Description:

As the HR Manager at Flying-Crews.com, your main role is to identify and advertise Airline job openings in Australia (AU), Canada (CA), the United States (USA), the United Kingdom (UK), the United Arab Emirates (UAE), and New Zealand (NZ) on our Job board. You will be instrumental in ensuring the accuracy and currency of our job listings, facilitating connections between Aviation professionals and Airlines.


Key Responsibilities:

Research and identify job openings within the Aviation industry in AU, CA, USA, UK, UAE, and NZ.

Collaborate with Airlines to understand their recruitment needs.

Create and post accurate and complete job listings on the Flying-Crews.com Job board.

Regularly update and maintain job listings to reflect the latest opportunities.

Engage with Aviation professionals and job seekers to provide a seamless experience on our platform.

Monitor job listing performance and make data-driven improvements to enhance user engagement.

Establish and maintain relationships with Airlines and stakeholders in the Aviation industry.

Coordinate with the marketing and communications team to effectively promote job listings.

Collaborate with the development team to enhance the user experience on the Flying-Crews.com Job board.

Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in Aviation recruitment.

Qualifications:

Minimum a Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA/PGDM is a plus.

Proven experience in human resources, recruitment, or a related role, preferably in the Aviation industry.

Strong understanding of Aviation Job markets in AU, CA, USA, UK, UAE, and NZ.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in using AI Job posting platforms and applicant tracking systems.

Strong attention to detail and data-driven decision-making abilities.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

A passion for the Aviation industry and a commitment to promoting career opportunities for Aviation professionals.
