Roles and Responsibilities:
Working on Online Aviation Training program and create better opportunities and possibilities for Pilot's Empowerment as Pilot Officer [Non-Flying] cum Pilot Training Instructor [ Ground Subjects].
Help the company in creating and executing schedules and maintain effective workflow in the office.
Manage company budgets, greet and communicate with staff and guests.
Coordinate with human resources to handle payroll and personnel databases
Liaison with the RM, HR, Marketing, and Design team to experiment with new creatives on a Daily/Weekly / Monthly basis
Set up daily performance reports to SM Analyse the interns and employees' Performance and further Optimise Campaigns.
Daily/Weekly / Monthly Report to CEO / Director
Selection Procedure: Clear 2 Rounds of Interview with HRs / CEO / Director After a PPT round
