Job Summary: -

A social media manager is responsible for planning, developing, implementing and managing strategies for the social media accounts of a business. Their competence determines how effectively the business will be able to portray its brand value online. Social media managers help connect brands with their audience, promote business, and provide significant long-term benefits that absolutely include a boost in sales.

We are searching for a talented social media manager to represent our company by building a social media presence for our brands. The social media manager will be required to run advertising campaigns and drive engagement by creating high-quality original content.

 

Job Description:


Responsibilities:

  • Running company social media advertising campaigns.

  • Formulating high-quality novel written and visual content for each social media campaign.

  • Building a social media presence by maintaining a solid online presence.

  • Monitoring the company's brand on social media.

  • Building brand awareness by engaging relevant influencers.

  • Managing our online communities to ensure respectful and appropriate engagement.

  • Responding to comments on each of our accounts.

  • Overseeing customer service provided via social media.

  • Analyzing data to determine whether social media campaigns have achieved their objectives.

 


Requirements:-

  • Social media marketing experience.

  • Experience developing social media strategies.

  • Ability to develop the right voice for each social media platform.

  • Proven ability to build social media communities.

  • Knowledge of social media management tools.

  • Strong and consistent communication skills.

  • Creativity to think outside the box.

  • Research skills to fact-check and stay up to date on social best practices.

  • Understanding of analytics and reporting.

  • Knowledge of social PPC campaigns

  • Ability to measure the success of campaigns.

 

Qualifications: -

•     Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field.

•     minimum knowledge of experience in social media management.

•     Exceptional multi-tasking skills

•     Able to explain complex social media data in an   understandable way.

•     Strong problem-solving skills

•     Knowledge of Facebook’s advertising platform is required.
