Job Overview

We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity to join our International Human Resources team as a Human Resources Coordinator based in Cairo, Egypt. In this role, you will Support line managers across various departments, including Ground Services, Commercial, Global Business Services, and Cargo, in Northern Africa. Your responsibilities will include providing HR Support in Employee relations, compensation and benefits, leadership development, performance management, and talent management. This is an ideal role for someone looking to make an immediate impact in a fast-paced, evolving aviation group.



Key Responsibilities

  • HR Services:

    • Provide a range of HR services to Employees, from onboarding to contract expiration, covering all Employment-related matters.

    • Support the end-to-end Employee Experience for Employees across all departments, including Commercial, Ground Services, Global Business Services, and Cargo.

  • HR Support & Queries:

    • Handle HR queries from the Head Office and Regional Office, coordinating with Local Managers as necessary.

    • Prepare HR documentation for Recruitment, promotions, appointments, and salary reviews.

  • Legal & Compliance:

    • Ensure strict adherence to local legal requirements, including Employment law and government compliance regulations (e.g., health and safety).

    • Support the Recruitment process and ensure timely follow-up in coordination with Local Managers.

  • Onboarding & Induction:

    • Facilitate the induction and onboarding process for new Employees.

  • Performance Management & Disciplinary Process:

    • Assist with performance management processes and Support disciplinary actions as needed.

  • HR Reporting & Record Keeping:

    • Prepare HR reports required by Regional HR Management.

    • Maintain Employee records, update Oracle systems with annual leave balances, sick leave, and other personal information.

    • Ensure smooth implementation of HR and administrative policies.

  • Administrative Support:

    • Perform administrative duties to Support HR record-keeping and compliance requirements.

    • Collaborate with the local Global Business Services team in managing payroll and related reporting.

    • Handle correspondence, organize conferences/workshops, manage travel arrangements, and assist with budget and payroll administration.


Qualifications

  • Education:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a relevant field.

  • Experience:

    • At least tHRee years of HR Experience in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.

    • Exposure to Employment law and government compliance regulations, such as health and safety.

    • Experience in Supporting Recruitment activities, handling investigations, grievances, and disciplinary matters.

    • Experience providing HR advice to line managers on company policies and procedures.

  • Language Skills:

    • Preferably fluent in French and Arabic.

  • Legal Requirements:

    • Must have the legal right to live and work in Egypt.
