Job Title: Cabin Crew

Job Purpose:
As a member of Emirates’ Cabin Crew, you will be the face of the Airline, representing the brand and delivering exceptional service to passengers across the globe. Your primary role is to ensure the Safety, comfort, and well-being of passengers, while creating a positive and welcoming environment during flights. You will manage Aircraft services, security, and Safety procedures, confidently taking charge when necessary. The role requires a friendly, adaptable personality, with excellent customer service skills, and a commitment to maintaining high Safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring passengers have a comfortable and Safe journey.
Lead confidently in emergency situations and adhere to Safety protocols.
Manage Aircraft services, ensuring all procedures are followed accurately.
Maintain a professional, welcoming demeanor while assisting passengers from diverse cultural backgrounds.
Ensure the Cabin environment is clean, orderly, and secure throughout the flight.
Support passengers with special needs and assist with any requests during the flight.

Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum of one year of experience in hospitality or customer service.
Positive attitude with a natural ability to provide excellent service in a team environment.
Ability to deal with passengers from many cultures with respect and professionalism.
Minimum qualification: High school graduate (Grade 12).
Fluency in written and spoken English (additional language skills are an advantage).
Height: At least 160 cm, with the ability to reach 212 cm on tiptoes to access emergency equipment on all Aircraft types.
No visible tattoos when in uniform (must not be covered with bandages or cosmetics).
Must meet the UAE’s employment visa requirements and be based in Dubai.
