Your Role & Responsibilities:
🔹 Executive & Administrative Support
Manage the CEO/Director’s schedule, appointments, and meetings
Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
Handle high-level communications on behalf of the CEO
🔹 Client & Stakeholder Management
Served as the primary point of contact for high-profile clients
Ensure excellent customer service and maintain strong relationships
Handle confidential and sensitive business matters with discretion
🔹 Travel & Event Coordination
Arrange complex travel plans, including international flights, accommodations, and itineraries
Organize corporate meetings, conferences, and VIP events
🔹 Vendor & Facility Management
Oversee office facilities and manage vendor contracts
Negotiate with service providers to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness
🔹 Operations & Process Improvement
Identify and implement efficiency improvements in business operations
Assist in managing key Business projects
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Experience & Skills
3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably at the C-suite level
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Expertise in client relationship management and corporate operations
✅ Key Strengths
Highly organized with excellent time management skills
Detail-oriented and proactive in problem-solving
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Trustworthy, professional, and able to handle confidential information
✅ Technical & Industry Knowledge
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and business communication tools
Experience in travel coordination and vendor management is a plus
