Pre and Post-Flight Checks:


In charge of conducting pre and post-JAL flight checks.

Passenger Interaction:


Warmly greeting and welcoming all Japan Airlines passengers.

Informing passengers about JAL's aviation rules.

Assistance During Deplaning:


Assisting all JAL passengers during the deplaning process.


Customer Service:

Providing the best possible care and service to all passengers on board.

Meal and Beverage Service:


In charge of preparing and serving meals and beverages to all passengers.


Safety Responsibilities:

Ensuring passengers' safety while on board.

Monitoring and enforcing safety protocols and procedures.

Equipment Monitoring:

Checking and monitoring JAL equipment to ensure it is in good working order.

Inspecting seat pockets to ensure they are properly maintained.

Stock Management:


Responsible for ensuring that there are sufficient food stocks for the flight.
