Job Overview:
Do you like to work outside and maintain an active lifestyle? Take on the exciting job of preparing aircraft for efficient and smooth departures by joining our Ground Operations team. You will be responsible for making ensuring that aircraft movements, luggage loading, aircraft fuelling, and other crucial operational activities are handled safely and on time as a member of the ground operations Crew. In this crucial position, collaboration is the key to success and safety is of utmost importance.

Key Responsibilities:

Aircraft Preparation: Assist with the safe and efficient preparation of aircraft for departure.
Baggage Handling: Load and unload baggage and cargo, ensuring timely and proper handling.
Provisions Stocking: Ensure the aircraft is well-stocked with required provisions and equipment.
Aircraft Movement: Safely guide aircraft to and from parking areas, ensuring precise movements during arrival and departure.
Fueling & Waste Disposal: Assist in fueling operations and proper waste disposal as required.
Safety First: Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures, ensuring that both aircraft and ground Crew operations are conducted with the highest standards of safety.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow Crewmembers, supporting and helping each other to complete all tasks effectively.

Qualifications:

Ability to work in outdoor environments, exposed to various weather conditions.
Physical fitness to handle heavy luggage and equipment.
Strong communication skills and the ability to follow safety procedures.
Positive attitude and willingness to collaborate in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Prior experience in a similar role is a plus but not required.

Overview:
The Technical Operations (Tech Ops) team plays a critical role in maintaining the safety and airworthiness of our aircraft. We are seeking skilled technicians to join our team who will ensure compliance with maintenance procedures, perform preventative maintenance, and handle repairs. You will have the opportunity to work on complex systems and travel for specialized jobs and major inspections.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance to ensure the airworthiness of aircraft in accordance with Aircraft Maintenance Manuals (AMM) and task cards.
Conduct detailed inspections, troubleshoot, and resolve any mechanical or technical issues related to aircraft systems.
Maintain accurate documentation of all maintenance activities to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
Coordinate with other departments and teams to ensure timely completion of maintenance and repair tasks.
Ensure that all safety and quality standards are followed during maintenance operations.
Travel to various locations as needed for special projects or major inspections.
Support continuous improvement efforts in maintenance procedures and safety protocols.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification in aircraft maintenance or aviation mechanics preferred.
FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certification is required.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in aircraft maintenance or a related technical field.
Strong understanding of aircraft systems, including engines, hydraulics, avionics, and airframes.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow precise instructions and maintenance guidelines.
Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as required.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
