As the Flight Ops Resourcing Development
manager, you will also be responsible for:
Developing the use of RPA technology and
Power Apps
Interacting with a large range of stakeholders
from pilots, to ground teams and trade unions
in order to develop colleague friendly, digital
solutions that simplify communications &
manual workarounds
Supporting the development of the pilot
communication portal which facilitates
communication with 4000 pilots
Working both independently and with
stakeholders from across IAG to develop
common solutions
Upskill and train the team on new solutions

to offer long and short-haul flight routes across our network of global destinations. From Barbados to Berlin, British Airways cabin crew access more cities than any other Airline.
Crew will be able to earn up to £28,000 a year
with flying/duty pay and a tax-fee subsistence
allowance (basic pay is £16,000), as well as
generous company benefits, including Staff
Travel benefits from day 1 of joining us.

are currently taking place. You'll take to the
skies from late summer 2022 onward.
