In Europe there are 105 airlines scheduled flights, from regional to inter-continental flights. Additionally, there are several smaller airlines, which brings it to about 150.

7 big full-service carriers which included British Airways were in Europe,more than 15 regional airlines which include Ryanair have 7 big low-cost carriers. followed by France and Spain, Russia is the country with the foremost airlines.



Wizz Air

Wizz Air was legally incorporated into Hungary as Wizz Air Hungary Ltd, Founded in 2003, in Budapest, an ultra-low-cost airline headquartered in Hungary. Hungary, a WIZZ Air stylized, Many cities throughout Europe and several destinations in North Africa and the Middle East have been served by this airline.The largest fleet of Hungarian airlines currently serves 44 countries, although not a state-owned airline.  Wizz Air Holdings plc is listed on the London Stock Exchange, which is Jersey-based parent company and is a component of the FTSE250 Index. As of 2020, the airline has the largest bases at Budapest Ferenc Liszt International Airport and London Luton Airport, serving 164 Airports.


EasyJet

EasyJet is a UK multinational low-cost carrier group headquartered at London Luton Airport in EasyJet. Through its partner airlines EasyJet UK, EasyJet Switzerland, and EasyJet Europe, the company operates scheduled domestic and international flights on over 1,000 routes in more than 30 countries. EasyJet is listed on the London Stock Exchange and is part of the FTSE250 Index. Greek Cypriot businessman Stelios Haji-Ioannou, an easyGroup Holdings Ltd (means of investment for the founders of airlines), is the largest shareholder with a 15.269% stake (as of September 2021). It employs about 13,000 people across Europe, mostly in the United Kingdom. Since its founding in 1995, EasyJet has grown and expanded through a combination of acquisitions and office openings supported by consumer demand for low-cost air travel. The group operates more than 300 aircraft with its affiliates EasyJet UK, EasyJet, et Europe, and EasyJet Switzerland. With 29 offices across Europe, the largest is Gatwick Airport. In 2014, the airline carried more than 65 million passengers, making it the second largest low-cost carrier in Europe after Ryanair in terms of passenger numbers. 

IAG

 IAG (International Consolidated Airlines Group), the global headquarters in London, England. With 531 aircraft, IAG is one of the largest airline groups in the world. Prior to the COVID-19 pandemic, it infected 279 destinations and carried approximately 118 million passengers each year. It is a registered company in Spain and its shares are traded on the London Stock Exchange and the Spanish Stock Exchange.

Air France

Air France founded on October 7, 1933. It is currently the flagship airline of France. The main office of Air France is located in Tremblay-en-France. Air France is a subsidiary of the Air France-KLM Group. The company operates flights to 36 destinations in France. It also operates scheduled passenger and cargo services worldwide to 175 destinations in 78 countries. The company's fleet size is 214 aircraft. In addition, Air France has a frequent-flyer program Flying Blue.

KLM was founded on 7 oct, 1919, Its headquarter is in Amstelveen, Netherlands. KLM and its partners cover 145 destinations in 70 countries on 5 continents. Parent company of KLM is Air France-KLM. It has 35488 employees with a fleet of 110. KLM operates scheduled passenger and cargo services over 145 destinations.



Turkish Airlines 

Turkish Airlines was founded on 20 may,1933. Its headquarter is in Istanbul Airport, Arnavutkรถy, Istanbul, Turkey. It covers 331 destinations in 126 countries; the airline's cargo division serves 82 destinations. It has 37670 employees with a fleet of 374.

 

Aeroflot 

Aeroflot airlines founded in 1923. Its headquarter is in Moscow, Russia. It covers almost 146 destinations in 52 countries. It only covers Russia and Belarus. It was one of the largest airlines in the world at the time. The airline has 30328 employees with a fleet size of 180



Lufthansa

Lufthansa airlines founded in 1953. Its headquarters is in cologne,Germany. It is the second largest airline in Europe. It covers 220 destinations.The airline has 107643 employees with a fleet size of 277.



Ryanair

Ryanair was founded on 28 November, 1984. It's headquarter is in Swords, Dublin, Ireland. It serves in 40 countries in Europe, North Africa, and the Middle East. Ryanair has 17500 employees with the fleet size of 511 including subsidiaries.



British Airways

BA was founded on 5 October, 1916. It's headquarter is in London, England, UK. It serves over 160 destinations including 8 domestic and 26 in the United States across all six inhabited continents. The fleet size of BA is 257.
