Job Description:

The Pilot Interviewer – Propel role supports the pilot selection process for Delta’s Propel Career Path Program in partnership with Endeavor Air. The position works closely with Endeavor Air’s pilot hiring team to evaluate and interview pilot candidates preparing for future careers with Delta Air Lines. Interviews are conducted at Endeavor Air headquarters in Minneapolis, Minnesota, and the role reports to the Senior Manager – Propel Operations.

Summary of responsibilities :

Complete Propel Interviewer training and stay updated on interview procedures and guidelines.
Participate in on-site pilot interviews alongside HR representatives and active Endeavor Air pilots.
Assess candidates professionally and fairly to identify high-quality pilot talent for the Propel program.
Maintain strict confidentiality, professionalism, and integrity throughout the hiring process.
Represent Delta Air Lines positively during all candidate interactions.
Demonstrate Delta’s customer-focused values through welcoming, caring, and professional communication.

What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications):

Current or former Delta pilot
High school diploma or equivalent qualification
Authorized to work in the United States
Strong commitment to safety, security, and data protection
Ability to work effectively with diverse individuals and perspectives
Availability to support scheduled interview sessions in Minneapolis on a recurring basis
