Job Description:
Join our global team and help travelers around the world. As part of our Contact Center, you’ll assist customers with travel concerns, refunds, flight recovery, and quality assurance — ensuring every interaction reflects professionalism and care.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Communication: Provide accurate information about fares, schedules, routes, and travel documents in a courteous and clear manner.
Conflict Resolution: Handle customer issues with empathy and professionalism.
Ticketing & Services: Arrange ticketing and special travel services as needed.
Schedule Updates: Notify customers of flight changes and irregularities.
Employee Assistance: Help company employees with business and personal travel plans.
System Operations: Use computer systems to access and manage travel information.
Consultative Selling: Engage customers with a service-oriented approach to sales.
Qualifications:
Education: Completion of secondary education or equivalent.
Language Skills: Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
Work Authorization: Legally eligible to work in Mexico without sponsorship.
Professional Traits: Reliable, punctual, flexible with shifts, and able to handle operational challenges.
Experience: Prior experience in sales or customer contact preferred.
