Job Description:
As the welcoming face of our airline, you will play a vital role in creating meaningful connections and ensuring every traveler feels valued and respected. From assisting with ticketing and baggage to greeting customers at gates and lobbies, you’ll provide professional, confident, and friendly service that makes each journey memorable.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Assistance: Support passengers at check-in counters, boarding gates, and arrival flights.
Premium Service: Enhance the experience for premium travelers and those needing special assistance, including elderly passengers, families, and wheelchair users.
Operational Support: Assist with baggage claim performance and lost-and-found services.
Industry Training: Gain exposure to travel document verification, customer communication, and cross-department orientation with Sales, Finance, Reservations, Ticketing, and Technical Operations.
Qualifications:
Student Status: Must be enrolled in a university or school program.
Work Authorization: Legally eligible to work in Taiwan without sponsorship.
Language Skills: Fluent in both English and Chinese, written and spoken.
Professional Traits: Reliable, punctual, and able to succeed in a professional interview process.
