Captain Role
Are you a seasoned aviator with a strong technical background and unwavering personal discipline? As a Captain at FlyDubai.com , you’ll embody role modeling and teamwork, setting high standards for every member of the Flight Deck.
Minimum Requirements:
Type Rated: B737 300 to 900 (NG/EFIS) endorsed within the last 24 months.
5,000 hours total flying, with at least 1,500 hours in command of multi-crew, multi-engine aircraft exceeding 10 tonnes operating weight.
1,000 hours in command of B737 300 to 900 (NG/EFIS) type aircraft.
Non-Type Rated: 5,000 hours total flying time with specific experience or 6,000 hours total flying time on specific aircraft types.
Training Bond: 3 Years
Non-Type Rated (NTR) Bond: USD 36,000
Type Rated (TR) Bond: USD 24,000
Pay & Benefits:
Basic salary + Housing allowance + Transportation allowance: monthly AED 43,325
Variable Flying pay: Avg. Monthly AED 16,310 (Based on average 70 flying hours)
Education Assistance, Medical Insurance, End of Service Benefits
42 days Paid Leave per year, Annual Leave Ticket, Pilot Income Protection
First Officer Role

Non-Type Rated: 2,500 hours total flying time, including specific experience.

NTR Bond: USD 36,000
TR Bond: USD 24,000
Pay & Benefits:
Basic salary + Housing allowance + Transportation allowance: AED 31,900
Variable Flying pay:
Avg. Monthly AED 11,410 (Based on average 70 flying hours)

Second Officer and UAE Cadet Programs
