Overview of the Position:
Emirates Airlines is looking for passionate and committed women to become members of our elite cabin crew. In addition to representing the well-known Emirates brand, you will be a vital part of guaranteeing the security, comfort, and happiness of our passengers as a member of the women's cabin crew.
Key Responsibilities:
Passenger Safety and Comfort:
Pre-flight briefings should be held in order to guarantee passenger security and safety.
Showcase and guarantee the appropriate handling of safety gear.
Attend to the demands of the passengers and deliver first-rate service all along the journey.
In-Flight Service:
provide excellent customer service while fostering a warm and inviting environment on board.
Consider nutritional needs and preferences when serving meals and drinks.
Respond to questions from passengers and handle problems in a timely and competent manner.
Cultural Sensitivity:
Recognise and honour cultural differences when engaging with travellers.
Encourage a varied and inclusive atmosphere while on board.
Emergency Situations:
When confronted with an emergency, maintain composure and follow protocol.
Help passengers in emergency situations and during evacuations.
Team Collaboration:
Work along with other airline employees and other members of the cabin crew to guarantee efficient operations.
Encourage a spirit of unity among your team members and make your workplace peaceful.
Grooming and Presentation:
Uphold the highest standards of appearance and personal grooming in compliance with Emirates Airlines' directives.
Qualifications:
Minimum age of 21 years.
Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
Fluency in English (spoken and written); knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a multicultural environment.
Previous customer service experience is preferred.
Requirements:
Height: Minimum 160 cm (barefoot).
Arm reach: Minimum 212 cm (on tiptoes).
Medically fit to meet regulatory requirements.
No visible tattoos or body piercings while in Emirates Airlines uniform.
