🔍 Job Summary:
As a Ground Operations Agent at Etihad Airways, you will play a critical role in ensuring smooth, safe, and efficient ground handling services at Abu Dhabi International Airport. This includes supporting ramp activities, coordinating with multiple airport departments, and delivering excellent on-ground passenger support.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate aircraft turnaround operations including boarding, baggage handling, and cabin readiness
Monitor arrival and departure schedules to ensure on-time performance (OTP)
Liaise with baggage, ramp, and catering teams for seamless service
Assist with passenger movement at gates, boarding bridges, and transfer counters
Maintain compliance with airport safety and security regulations
Report flight disruptions or irregularities to the Ground Duty Manager
Ensure passenger satisfaction through timely communication and assistance
✅ Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum Qualification: High School Diploma / Graduate
Age: 20+ years
Excellent English communication skills (Arabic or additional languages a plus)
Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
Physically fit for ramp-related tasks
No prior airport ID or airline experience required
🌟 Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of airport ground operations or IATA terms
Strong coordination and teamwork abilities
Conflict resolution and passenger-handling skills
Attention to detail and operational safety
Basic understanding of airline operations systems
