Your Mission

- Collaborating for Success: Working closely with various departments to achieve company objectives.
- Proactive Problem-Solving: Identifying challenges and implementing effective solutions swiftly.
Who You Are
- Experienced: You have 1–3 years of experience in operations, administration, sales, or CRM, ideally within the aviation, EdTech, or online services industries.
- Organized & Adaptable: You excel at multitasking and managing diverse responsibilities.
- Communicative & Engaging: You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Tech-Savvy: You're proficient in CRM software and standard office applications.
- Sales-Driven: You have a proven sales acumen and a strong customer service orientation.
- Independent & Collaborative: You can work effectively both autonomously and as part of a team.
- Solution-Oriented: You're a proactive problem-solver with a can-do attitude.
- Educated (Preferred): A Bachelor's degree is a plus, but relevant experience is highly valued.
