Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals to join our international Cabin Crew team. As the face of Emirates, you will deliver world-class service, ensure passenger safety, and represent the brand with excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver outstanding customer service onboard long-haul and short-haul flights.
Ensure safety and comfort of all passengers in compliance with aviation regulations.
Conduct pre-flight checks and briefings.
Manage in-flight services such as meals, entertainment, and passenger queries.
Handle emergency situations with professionalism and composure.
Maintain Emirates' grooming and conduct standards.
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 21 years of age at the time of application.
Minimum arm reach of 212 cm on tiptoes.
High school graduate (Grade 12).
Fluency in written and spoken English (additional languages are a plus).
At least 1 year of hospitality/customer service experience preferred.
No visible tattoos while in Emirates uniform.
