✈️Your Role as a First Officer
As a Direct Entry First Officer at Aer Lingus UK, your duties will include:

📜 Qualifications & Requirements
To join our team as a Direct Entry First Officer, you must meet the following criteria:
✅ Minimum age of 18 years
✅ Eligible to live and work in the UK without restriction
✅ Valid passport allowing unrestricted worldwide travel
✅ UK ATPL or ATPL (f) licence
✅ A330/A320 Type-Rating (Time on type: A330 – flexible, CCQ – 1,500hrs on A320)
✅ LPC must be valid upon commencement
✅ Fluent in English (ELP Level 5 required)
✅ Ability to report for duty within 120 minutes when on standby duty
✅ Able to pass airport security vetting, including a five-year background check
✅ Flexibility to work shifts, unsociable hours, weekends, holidays, and overnights
