About the Role:
As a Freight Agent, you’ll be responsible for:
✅ Safely loading and unloading cargo items onto aircraft
✅ Coordinating with Ground Operations Teams to meet flight schedules
✅ Handling Customer inquiries with Positively Outrageous Service
✅ Managing cargo shipments using computerized systems
✅ Conducting federally mandated screening of cargo shipments
You’ll also work closely with a small but mighty team to prioritize shipping responsibilities and adapt to changing needs. Shifts may include early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays.
What We’re Looking For:
π₯ A team player who can handle stressful situations with ease
π» Someone comfortable with computers and radio equipment
πͺ Physically capable of lifting items up to 70 pounds
π Problem-solving skills and adaptability in fast-paced environments
π High School Diploma or GED required; college coursework or degree preferred
Additional qualifications include:
- Valid state motor vehicle operator's license
- U.S. citizenship required under federal regulations
- Ability to obtain airport clearance badges
