 Key Responsibilities:

•  Greet and assist passengers at check-in counters and boarding gates

•  Handle passenger luggage, tagging, and transfers

•  Verify travel documents and manage boarding passes

• Make boarding and arrival announcements

• Coordinate with cabin crew, ramp staff, and dispatch for on-time departures

• Ensure safety protocols are followed during passenger movements

• Manage delays, special requests, and assist differently-abled passengers

• Stay updated with EasyJet policies, airport regulations, and safety norms

• Represent EasyJet with professionalism and hospitality

Qualifications:

• Minimum 10+2 or equivalent; aviation course preferred

• Excellent communication skills in English (European languages a plus)

• Prior experience in ground handling or customer service is an advantage

• Physically fit and able to work flexible shifts

• Must be calm under pressure and a team player

Work Hours:

• Shift-based schedule (Weekends and holidays included
