Key Responsibilities
Ensure the safety and security of passengers, crew, and aircraft in line with aviation regulations
Deliver high standards of inflight service, including meals, beverages, and onboard sales
Attend to passengers’ needs and provide personalized service
Handle inflight emergencies, first aid situations, and passenger concerns calmly and professionally
Conduct pre-flight checks, safety demonstrations, and post-flight duties
Promote Etihad’s brand image through a polished, professional appearance and courteous behavior
Collaborate with fellow crew members to create a seamless travel experience
Requirements
Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent
Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus
Minimum height: 165 cm (without shoes)
No visible tattoos or piercings in Etihad uniform
Able to swim unaided for at least 25 meters
Excellent personal presentation, communication, and customer service skills
Physically fit to meet medical requirements
Willingness to relocate to Abu Dhabi and work irregular hours (including weekends and holidays)
