Key Responsibilities
Provide world-class customer service with a warm, professional, and personal approach.
Ensure passenger safety, conducting safety demonstrations and checks as per aviation regulations.
Deliver in-flight services such as meal and beverage distribution, duty-free sales, and comfort care.
Handle emergencies calmly and efficiently, ensuring guest safety at all times.
Represent Virgin Atlantic’s brand values in appearance, communication, and actions.
Collaborate with flight and ground crew for smooth operations and on-time performance.
Requirements
Minimum age: 18 years
Height: Between 5’2” and 6’3” (without shoes)
Fluent in English (additional languages a plus)
Valid passport with unrestricted global travel
Minimum GCSE level education or equivalent
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Strong swimming ability (ability to swim 25 meters unaided)
Passion for hospitality, travel, and people
