About the Program
Asiatic International Corp, in association with Flying-Crews.com, is offering an exciting Aviation HR Internship Opportunity for Students and fresh graduates across the UAE.
This internship is designed to provide practical exposure to Aviation Human Resources, Airline Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding, and HR Operations within the Global Aviation industry.
Key Responsibilities
Aviation Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Create Job Descriptions (JDs) for Pilots, Cabin Crew, Ground Staff, Aircraft Engineers, Dispatchers, and Airport Operations Staff.
Screen candidate profiles and resumes.
Assist in recruitment campaigns for Aviation-related positions.
Aviation Industry Research
Research leading UAE airlines such as Emirates, Etihad Airways, Flydubai, Air Arabia, and other Aviation organizations.
Analyze Aviation workforce trends and recruitment practices.
HR Documentation
Develop HR policies and employee handbooks.
Create onboarding and induction materials.
Design interview questionnaires and assessment templates.
Employer Branding
Promote Aviation career Opportunities through LinkedIn and other professional platforms.
Create HR-related content and awareness campaigns.
HR Analytics
Maintain recruitment and internship databases.
Prepare HR reports and performance tracking sheets.
Assist in workforce planning projects.
Learning Projects
Design an ideal HR structure for an airline.
Prepare Aviation recruitment strategies.
Participate in HR case Studies and industry research assignments.
