Full-time Contract

Work Location: One location

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Represent Japan Airlines in day-to-day cargo operations by supervising handling company staff in the loading, unloading, securing, and staging of aircraft cargo or baggage including the operation of Cargo system, CSP, TGC and UMS.

• Provide direction and guidance to on-duty staff on any anticipated or existing problems in order to ensure that load plan is executed efficiently.

• Create monthly/quarterly reports and statistics.

• Verify the accuracy of invoices for payment processing

Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

• Previous experience working in airline cargo industry at least 1 year.

• Must be available to work on weekends and holidays

• Excellent communication skills

• Typing and computer proficiency

• Bilingual in English and Japanese preferred, but not required

• Valid U.S. driver’s license

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa support available)

• High school diploma
