- Hold Indian nationality

Hiring For Assistant To Chief Operations Officer

VietJet Air  

LOCATION:Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

 On-site

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

✈ ASSISTANT TO THE CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER (COO):

• Arrange meetings with Operations Divisions (FCD, CCD, Flight Ops, Ground Ops, AMO/Engineering) and record the minutes of the meeting in both Vietnamese and English

• Administrative assistance, arranging and coordinating internal and external business meetings and social events

• Acting as an interpreter for COO while working with authorities, VJC BOM, and other VJC Heads

• Perform any other relevant duties as assigned

 

REQUIREMENTS:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field

• 3-5 years of working experience in aviation is preferred

• Good communication in both English & Vietnamese, English in Aviation is preferred

• Time management and multitasking abilities

• Outstanding interpersonal skills and preference for collaboration with proven success working with others

• Ability to work with high-profile individuals externally, as well as collaborate internally

• Good ability to create high-standard presentations and report

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
