Airlines Hiring in Turkish Airlines Rumana Maner

 Airlines Hiring in Turkish Airlines

@Rumana Maner

Turkish Airlines is the national flag carrier airline of Turkey. As of August 2019[update], it operates scheduled services to 315 destinations in Europe, Asia, Africa, and the Americas, making it the largest mainline carrier in the world by number of passenger destinations. The airline serves more destinations non-stop from a single airport than any other airline in the world, and flies to 126 countries, more than any other airline. With an operational fleet of 24 cargo aircraft, the airline's cargo division serves 82 destinations.

Cabin Crew

Travelling all around the world, our cabin personnel become our brand’s ambassadors. The cabin crew is a strong unit working to ensure the needs of our passengers are met and they are having a pleasant flight. We conduct cabin crew hiring via the listings we publish on our career website, whenever a need arises.

We prepare flight attendant applicants for the job by providing them with mandatory technical training, applied courses, company policies and service concept training within the context of Basic Safety Training at Turkish Airlines Flight Training Centre. We arrange flight programs, shifts and breaks of our cabin crew in accordance with the legislation of international and national civil aviation authorities. Our applicants who successfully complete their training, join our team after they get their flight certificates and complete their practice flights.

Our cabin crew is such a strong unit that can manage to uphold the same high occupational standards in every flight. Our flight attendants are always decent, elegant, friendly, kind, empathetic, calm, people-oriented individuals, who are able to make decisions in harsh situations and have high potential to be team players. Therefore, we prepare our cabin crew to be able to handle emergencies even before they start their duties and during their careers by providing extensive training. Being a flight attendant at Turkish Airlines means having utmost discipline. One should not forget that being a flight attendant, which provides the opportunity to travel to many places around the world, has higher responsibility levels and different working standards compared to many other lines of work. It vastly differs from other lines of work in regards to working hours, periods, conditions and opportunities. That is why, we provide extensive training to our applicants during their “Basic Safety Training” and teach them the necessities of flight safety and details of in-cabin service.
