As a Cabin Crew Member, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety, comfort, and satisfaction of our passengers on board. This role requires exceptional interpersonal skills, a passion for delivering excellent customer service, and the ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Ensure the safety and security of passengers and crew members by adhering to all safety procedures and regulations.
2. Provide exceptional customer service to passengers throughout the flight, addressing their needs and inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
3. Assist passengers during boarding, seating, and disembarkation, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
4. Serve meals, beverages, and snacks to passengers according to their preferences and dietary requirements.
5. Maintain a clean and tidy cabin environment throughout the flight, including restocking amenities and ensuring lavatories are well-maintained.
6. Demonstrate proficiency in emergency procedures and equipment usage, including providing assistance during in-flight emergencies or evacuations.
7. Communicate effectively with the flight deck crew and fellow cabin crew members to ensure seamless coordination and teamwork.
8. Uphold the Emirates brand image and values at all times, representing the company with professionalism and integrity.
9. Attend pre-flight briefings and debriefings, participating in training sessions and ongoing professional development activities as required.
10. Handle any customer complaints or issues with empathy and efficiency, striving to resolve them to the satisfaction of the passenger and in accordance with company policies.
Requirements:
1. Minimum age of 21 years old.
2. Minimum height requirement of 160 cm (female) or 165 cm (male), with weight proportionate to height.
3. High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
4. Fluent in English (spoken and written), with additional languages considered an asset.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with passengers from diverse cultural backgrounds.
6. Strong customer service orientation and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional service.
7. Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing situations in a fast-paced environment.
8. Flexibility to work irregular hours, including weekends, holidays, and overnight flights.
9. Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or a related field is preferred but not required.
10. Clear complexion and well-groomed appearance, in accordance with Emirates grooming standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Research and identify Job openings within the Aviation industry in AU, CA, USA, UK, UAE, and NZ.
Collaborate with Airlines to comprehend their recruitment needs.
Create and post Job listings on the Flying-Crews.com Job board, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Regularly update and maintain Job listings to reflect the latest opportunities.
Engage with Aviation professionals and Job seekers to ensure a seamless experience on our platform.
Monitor Job listing performance and make data-driven improvements to enhance user engagement.
Establish and maintain relationships with Airlines and Aviation industry stakeholders.
Work closely with the marketing and communications team to promote Job listings effectively.
Collaborate with the development team to enhance the user experience on the Flying-Crews.com Job board.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in Aviation recruitment.
In this role, you will engage with six Airlines daily for 30-45 minutes each to source new openings from their career sections. You'll also visit the official websites of these Airlines to source additional opportunities. Your findings will be promptly published on our Aviation Job Board, complete with a shareable URL link and relevant hashtags for promotion on LinkedIn, Linketree, and Instagram. Additionally, you'll be responsible for tagging the respective Airlines. Need to make 4-5 Mins Video JD for all oepnings Daily
As an HR Manager, it's essential to maintain a Strong Presence on all major Social Media Platforms including LinkedIn, Linktree, and Instagram. Moreover, we are one of the largest providers of online Aviation Internships, and you'll be responsible for overseeing this aspect as well.
