As a member of the Ground Operations team, you’ll be the face of Ryanair at the airport. You’ll assist passengers with check-in, boarding, and baggage services, ensuring a smooth, safe, and friendly customer journey.
Responsibilities
Welcome and assist passengers at check-in desks and boarding gates
Perform baggage tagging, weighing, and handling queries
Ensure compliance with aviation safety and security regulations
Coordinate with cabin crew and ramp teams to maintain on-time performance
Manage passenger flow and boarding procedures efficiently
Handle customer queries, delays, or complaints professionally
Provide special assistance to passengers with reduced mobility (PRM)
Requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent in English (additional European languages are a plus)
Previous airport or customer service experience preferred
Ability to handle pressure and work in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility for shift work, including early mornings, evenings, weekends
Eligible to work in the EU / UK, with a valid passport and clean background check
