Responsibilities
Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the flight, from boarding to landing
Ensure the safety, security, and comfort of all passengers onboard
Perform all duties in compliance with aviation safety regulations and Jet2.com procedures
Conduct pre-flight checks and demonstrate safety equipment to passengers
Assist with in-flight sales and promote Jet2’s onboard products and services
Respond to passenger needs and handle medical or emergency situations calmly and professionally
Represent Jet2.com with pride, professionalism, and a team-first attitude
Requirements
Minimum age: 18 years
Height between 5’2” (157.5 cm) and 6’3” (190.5 cm), weight proportionate
Able to swim 25 meters unaided
Valid passport with unrestricted access to Jet2 destinations
No visible tattoos or piercings while in uniform
Excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering customer service
Able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
Previous experience in customer-facing roles (e.g., hospitality, retail) is beneficial
