Job Title: Full-Time Cabin Appearance Agent  

Shift: Night shift, weekends as needed, holidays, and mandatory overtime based on operational needs.  




πŸ”‘ Key Responsibilities

As a Cabin Appearance Agent, you'll play an essential role in ensuring our aircraft are ready for takeoff. Your responsibilities will include:  

✅ Removing trash from aircraft and cleaning/restocking lavatories.  

✅ Cleaning aircraft floors, seats, tray tables, galley areas, and seatback pockets.  

✅ Performing daily equipment checks and security searches.  

✅ Using personal protective equipment like face shields and hearing protection.  

✅ Maintaining professional relationships with coworkers, supervisors, airline staff, and airport authorities.  

✅ Ensuring safe and efficient operations at all times.  






🎯 Qualifications & Minimum Requirements 

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:  

✔️ To be at least 18 years old.  

✔️ Excellent communication skills in English (read, write, and speak fluently).  

✔️ The ability to operate computers/tablets for data entry and retrieval.  

✔️ Physical stamina for bending, stooping, climbing, and working in tight spaces.  

✔️ Alertness to moving vehicles or aircraft and proficiency with radio equipment.  

✔️ Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

About the Role:

As a Freight Agent, you’ll be responsible for:  

✅ Safely loading and unloading cargo items onto aircraft  

✅ Coordinating with Ground Operations Teams to meet flight schedules  

✅ Handling Customer inquiries with Positively Outrageous Service  

✅ Managing cargo shipments using computerized systems  

✅ Conducting federally mandated screening of cargo shipments  


You’ll also work closely with a small but mighty team to prioritize shipping responsibilities and adapt to changing needs. Shifts may include early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays.  





What We’re Looking For:

In this leadership role, you’ll be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating Spirit Airlines’ pilot training programs. Your expertise will ensure our pilots are trained to the highest standards of safety, quality, and proficiency. Key responsibilities include:  


✅ Overseeing Instructor and Evaluator Pilots for consistent execution and staffing.  

✅ Collaborating with FAA, ALPA, and internal teams to maintain compliance and improve training effectiveness.  

✅ Managing all pilot training program elements—curricula, courseware, instructional aids, multimedia, and more.  

✅ Monitoring pilot proficiency and identifying opportunities for improvement through data analysis.  

✅ Supervising Crew Training Scheduling to ensure compliant scheduling of training events.  

✅ Leading continuous learning initiatives for Spirit’s Instructor/Evaluator group.
