On our customers’ side, we make all the difference to the passenger experience, taking great pride in keeping everyone safe and secure while delivering an exceptional service every time.

Our on-board team includes three Flight Attendants and an experienced Cabin Manager. So, you must be able to play your part within a close-knit team and pull together to get the job done. Self-aware and safety conscious (we can’t stress this enough) you’ll work well when the pressure is on and keep smiling whatever challenge you face. If you’re hard working and passionate about providing great service – you’ll love being part of team easyJet.

Join us and you’ll work with some great people in a fun environment and receive world-class training for free. You’ll enjoy real variety too, as no two days are ever the same with different crews, new passengers and fresh destinations to look forward to. As you’d expect, there will be the occasional night stop. But most of the time we’ll get you home every night.

There will also be lots of scope to grow and develop if you’ve the drive and determination to make it happen and achieve your career ambitions. You may want to become a Cabin Crew Line Trainer or join one of our training teams, based in Luton and Gatwick (details of both are below). We’ll support and encourage you every step of the way. But you may well need to move location to get to where you want to go.
