Requirements

be age below 45 or less;

hold a valid recognized ICAO airline or commercial pilot license with a first officer type rating on the A320;

have an ICAO English level 4 or above qualification (level 5 is preferred);

have at least 1,500 hours total time with 500 hours as FO on one of the A320 variant.
