Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist passengers at check-in counters and boarding gates
Verify passenger documentation and process baggage
Provide special assistance to elderly, disabled, or VIP travelers
Handle customer queries, complaints, and service requests courteously
Ensure compliance with safety, security, and airport protocols
Collaborate with other departments for smooth flight operations
Announce flight information and handle last-minute gate changes
Assist in handling delayed or cancelled flights professionally
Operate airport equipment like scanners, printers, and boarding systems
Eligibility Criteria
Education: Minimum 10+2 / Higher Secondary Certificate
Age Limit: 18 years and above
Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
Experience: Freshers & Experienced both welcome
Appearance: Well-groomed with a professional demeanor
Others: Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
