Key Responsibilities:

Flight Attendants are entrusted with specific duties focused on emergency procedures, incidents impacting security, and the overall safety of passengers, crew members, and the aircraft. Alongside these critical responsibilities, Cabin Crew members are committed to delivering exemplary customer service. Their role encompasses:

Promptly reporting any on-board safety concerns to the designated In-Charge.

Adhering to and enforcing Company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Ensuring strict compliance with Transport Canada requirements and the guidelines outlined in the Flight Attendant Manual for all safety procedures.

Collaborating effectively within a team environment to foster a positive working atmosphere.

Assisting the In-Charge in the execution of duties as outlined in the Flight Attendant Manual.

Prioritising the safety and comfort of passengers while providing exceptional customer service.

Upholding uniform standards in accordance with company guidelines.

Assisting passengers with their needs to enhance their overall travel experience.

Minimizing unnecessary delays to the departure of any flight.

Maintaining valid personal travel and identification documents.

Reacting promptly and appropriately to all emergencies.

Effectively managing and communicating any unusual circumstances to fellow crew members.

1.Age Requirement: Be a minimum of 18 years old.

2.Safety-Centric: Demonstrate a strong commitment to safety along with a background in delivering outstanding customer service, coupled with a genuine passion for engaging with passengers to make their journey memorable.

3.Flexibility: Embrace a passion for travel and exhibit flexibility in working irregular hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and on-call duty.

4.Canadian Passport: Hold a valid Canadian Passport.

5.Brand Ambassador: Possess the ability to represent the Jetlines brand with pride and integrity, living our values in every interaction.

6.Warm and Welcoming: Project a warm, empathetic, and welcoming outlook.

7.Language Proficiency: Exhibit proficiency in English; bilingual candidates (English/French) will be given priority consideration.

8.Security Clearance: Have the ability to obtain a Restricted Area Identity Card (RAIC) by passing a mandatory criminal background check.

9.Physical Fitness: Meet the physical demands of the role, as determined by successfully completing a medical assessment, including drug and alcohol testing.

10.Training Completion: Successfully complete the Jetlines Initial Flight Attendant Training Program.

11.COVID-19 Compliance: Provide proof of mandatory Covid-19 vaccination approved by the Public Health Agency of Canada or approved exemption.
