Here are the detailed requirements for this thrilling opportunity:

1.Canadian Citizenship or Valid Permanent Residence Card:

We welcome applications from Canadian citizens or individuals holding a valid Canadian permanent residence card.

2.Valid Canadian or International Passport:

Possession of a valid Canadian or international passport is a key requirement for this role.

3.Criminal Background Check:

As part of the selection process, candidates must be able to successfully complete a thorough criminal background check.

4.Physical Fitness:

Candidates should demonstrate their physical fitness through the successful completion of a designated physical test.

5.Drug and Alcohol Testing:

The safety and well-being of our passengers are paramount. Therefore, successful candidates are

required to undergo and pass a drug and alcohol screening.

6.Language Proficiency:

Fluency in English is a fundamental requirement. Additionally, proficiency in a second language is considered a significant asset. Preferred languages include French, Japanese, Korean, Cantonese, Mandarin, Spanish, Italian, German, Portuguese, Dutch, Hindi, Punjabi, or Tagalog.

7.Training Commitment:

Upon acceptance into the WestJet family, candidates must be available to undergo a comprehensive 4-5 week paid training course. This training is designed to equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in your role as a Cabin Crew Member.
