Provide existing and potential customers with a superior and consistent quality service, both directly and in conjunction with GHA. Provide information and system support to customers with regard to rates, details, bookings, connections, regulations and other enquiries and oversee the service from GHA.

Key Accomplishments:

Monitored and ensured Ground Handling Agent (GHA) compliance with Emirates (EK) standards, focusing on cargo load plans, capacity optimization, safety, and regulatory adherence.
Oversaw GHA ramp activities for inbound and outbound flights, ensuring accurate load reconciliation and proper handling of special shipments (AVI, HUM, PER, VAL).
Prepared precise load plans, optimising capacity utilisation, and ensuring compliance with transit and destination requirements for special cargo.
Maintained ULD stock levels, managing returns and repairs, guaranteeing operational efficiency.
Verified and prepared accurate cargo documentation, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies.
Handled cargo reservations, online booking requests, and resolved customer queries, complaints, and claims with a customer-centric approach.
Provided operational support, covered duties as directed, and offered guidance to Cargo Agents and GHAs.

Qualifications:

Senior Secondary Certificate of Education or equivalent
3+ years in Airline/Cargo Operations
Proficient in Dangerous Goods regulations, Weight & Balance procedures, and Live Animal Regulations
PC skills: Microsoft Word/Excel/Email
Fluent in written and spoken English
