Current Australian ATPL or CPL with passes in all ATPL theory subjects.
Australian Instrument Rating with MEA, IAP 2D, and IAP 3D endorsement.

Valid Australian Class 1 Medical Certificate.
MCC Certificate.
Relevant flight experience as per outlined criteria.

Regularly update and maintain Job listings to reflect the latest opportunities.

In this role, you will engage with six Airlines daily for 30-45 minutes each to source new openings from their career sections. Your findings will be promptly published on our Aviation Job Board, complete with a shareable URL link and relevant hashtags for promotion on LinkedIn, Linketree, and Instagram. Additionally, you'll be responsible for tagging the respective Airlines.

As an HR Manager, it's essential to maintain a Strong Presence on all major Social Media Platforms including LinkedIn, Linktree, and Instagram. Moreover, we are one of the largest providers of online Aviation Internships, and you'll be responsible for overseeing this aspect as well.

To be considered for this position, we ask that you create a compelling PowerPoint presentation on Airlines hiring and deliver it via Google Meet with our team. The work hours for this role are from 9 AM to 6 PM (Monday to Saturday) with a 1-2 hour lunch break.
