Job Overview:
FlyingCrews.com is looking for an innovative and result-driven Project Manager to lead the Project Management Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing various business ventures, including FlyingCrews.com, 10 Best in City, Portrait of a Business Woman, and Alfa Bloggers. This role involves not only managing day-to-day operations but also developing strategies to drive significant traffic (10k visitors daily) to these ventures through various marketing initiatives. The Project Manager will play a key role in business development, marketing, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development and Growth Strategies:

Collaborate with senior management to identify, develop, and execute strategies that support the growth of FlyingCrews.com and its associated ventures:

Flying Crews: Promoting HR-related products, job posting services, and courses.
10 Best in City: Driving traffic and visibility to the online shop.
Portrait of a Business Woman: Elevating the brand presence of women entrepreneurs.
Alfa Bloggers: Engaging with a global audience for HR courses and other international opportunities.

Develop strategies to reach 10,000 visitors daily across all platforms through SEO, digital marketing, content planning, and targeted promotions.
Coordinate with marketing teams to plan and implement strategies for increasing traffic, enhancing brand visibility, and driving conversions.

Project Management & Team Leadership:

Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects across different ventures.
Manage the Internship Program and guide interns and junior staff, ensuring alignment with company goals.
Oversee employee engagement, recruitment, and team-building activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the success of the company's various projects and products.

Digital Strategy & Traffic Growth:

Develop and implement multiple strategies, including digital marketing, SEO optimization, social media campaigns, and content marketing to increase traffic to all company websites.
Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to ensure targets are met.
Create detailed plans for driving 10k daily visitors and provide ongoing reporting on progress.

Job Board and Product Promotion:

Manage job postings on Flying-Crews.com’s job board, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Promote job posting services and products to attract clients, focusing on HR and recruitment-related offerings.
Develop marketing strategies to showcase FlyingCrews.com’s job posting solutions and educational courses.

Qualifications:

MBA in Project Management or experience in a related field.
1+ years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of success (self-motivated freshers may also apply).
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to develop and execute strategies to drive online traffic and achieve business goals.
Experience with digital marketing, SEO, and project management tools.
Previous experience in managing interns or junior staff is highly desirable.
